A disciplinary hearing will be conducted when any matter is referred to the Discipline Committee for their review. The Discipline Committee consists of at least three members appointed by the SCD board, including at least one of the public representatives. Disciplinary hearings are open to the public and provide the opportunity to address the complaint in a formalized tribunal setting.
At the current time there are no disciplinary hearings scheduled.
